How far ahead should I start planning a trip?
For traveling groups it helps to allow at least 6 months of payments. If you are planning to travel on December 15th, the trip must be paid for 30 days prior, so you are looking at all payments due by November 15th. So payments should start to come in during the month of June. This 6 month window will help more families be able to budget and afford almost any type of trip within the United States. For out of the country you want to have at least 10 months of payments so more people can plan, budget and pay for a more costly trip.
How do I determine what type of trip is right for my group?

How are funds handled?
Payments for trips can be handled several different ways.
Checks from school accounts are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
Payments are also received via credit card from booster accounts or each individual person attending.
What is included in the cost?
Transportation (charter bus, airfare, hotel transfer, trains, etc)
Accommodations (hotels, airbnb, etc)
Meals (restaurants can be reserved)
Sightseeing (items can be added if desired)
If you want me to plan it - items can be added
Who should be contacted if issues arise?
A detailed contact list of vendors will be given to you before departure
Contact information for local police, fire and emergency services are also included
